Commerce initiates a countervailing duty investigation of N-Cyclohexylbenzothiazole-2-Sulfenamide from China to determine whether Chinese producers or exporters receive countervailable subsidies. Commerce is initiating five-year sunset reviews of listed antidumping and countervailing duty orders and suspended investigations under the Tariff Act of 1930. Interested parties must file participation and substantive responses if they want Commerce to consider whether revocation of the orders would likely lead to continued or recurring dumping or subsidization.

Diffusion-Annealed, Nickel-Plated Flat-Rolled Steel Products From Japan: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With the Results of Antidumping Administrative Review; Notice of Amended Final Results
Action: Review affected entries and update antidumping duty accruals for Toyo Kohan imports.
Commerce gives notice that a Court of International Trade judgment is inconsistent with its prior antidumping administrative review results for diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated flat-rolled steel products from Japan. Commerce amends the final review results for Toyo Kohan Co., Ltd., changing the dumping margin applicable to that exporter for the May 1, 2022-April 30, 2023 review period.

Certain New Pneumatic Off-the-Road Tires From India: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025
Commerce preliminarily finds that certain Indian producers/exporters of new pneumatic off-the-road tires sold subject merchandise in the United States at less than normal value during the 2024-2025 review period. The notice also rescinds the administrative review for 25 companies and opens a comment period before final antidumping duty results are issued.

Utility Scale Wind Towers From the Republic of Korea: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024
Action: Update duty accruals and cash deposit instructions for covered Korean wind tower entries effective 2026-06-01.
Commerce issued final results of the 2023-2024 antidumping duty administrative review for utility scale wind towers from South Korea, finding sales at less than normal value during the review period. The notice directs assessment of antidumping duties on covered entries and updates cash deposit requirements for future imports of subject wind towers.
