For trade-compliance & in-house customs counsel

Never miss a CVD or AD initiation
that touches your HTS codes.

Federal Register publishes 100+ documents a day. Buried inside are the notices that move money: a new countervailing-duty investigation, a sunset review, a scope clarification. Miss one, and your next shipment clears with a 30% cash-deposit surprise. regflow reads every trade-remedy notice the day it drops, scores its compliance impact 1-5, and pushes only the ones that matter.

Certain Activated Carbon From the People's Republic of China: Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024

Commerce amends the final results of the 2023-2024 antidumping duty administrative review on certain activated carbon from China to correct ministerial errors. The amended results affect antidumping duty assessment and cash deposit treatment for entries covered by the review period.

The notice changes the final antidumping results by correcting ministerial errors, which can alter importer-specific duty assessment rates and prospective cash deposit rates. Those amended rates create monetary compliance impacts for importers of covered activated carbon from China.

§ 03 Common questions

Which agencies do you cover for trade remedies?

Today: every trade-remedy proceeding published in the Federal Register, which covers Commerce ITA, USITC, USTR, CBP, and BIS. Coming Q3 2026: structured feeds from the dedicated ITA and ITC databases for richer per-case context.

Can I filter to a specific HTS code or product?

Yes. Pro and Team plans support custom watchlists keyed to keywords (HTS code, product name, country) and topic tags (e.g. countervailing-duty-investigation, antidumping-duty-sunset-reviews). The matcher combines keyword overlap with topic-tag overlap so you catch both literal HTS mentions and substantively related actions.

How do you avoid false positives on procedural notices?

Every alert carries a materiality score (1-5) and a rationale. Procedural notices (extensions, format changes, scheduling) classify M1-M2 and are filtered out by default; you only see M3+ unless you opt in.

When will email digests ship?

Q3 2026. Until then, the RSS feed works in any reader including Slack RSS bots, Outlook RSS, and Feedly. Pro subscribers will be migrated automatically.

Will you cover non-US trade remedies?

EU Official Journal is on the 2027 roadmap. UK and Canadian feeds follow. Multi-jurisdictional Team-tier customers can request priority.
