Terms of Service

Effective August 12, 2026

§ 01 The service

regflow ("we", "us") monitors public regulatory and licensing records, classifies them, and delivers alerts via web, RSS, JSON API, email, and webhooks. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. We may improve or change features; we will not materially degrade what a paid plan includes mid-billing-period.

§ 02 Not legal or professional advice

regflow is an information tool. Classifications, materiality scores, summaries, and lead scores are automated analysis of public records and can be wrong, late, or incomplete. They are not legal, compliance, insurance, or professional advice, and are no substitute for reading the underlying source or consulting a qualified professional. You are responsible for decisions made using the service — including compliance with laws that govern your own outreach (e.g. TCPA and do-not-call rules when contacting leads).

§ 03 Accounts & acceptable use

Accounts use email sign-in links; keep your inbox secure — anyone with the link can access your account. Don't: resell or bulk-redistribute our processed data as a competing product, scrape the service beyond documented API limits, probe or disrupt the infrastructure, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Underlying government records remain public domain; what these terms protect is our processing, scoring, and delivery.

§ 04 Billing, trials & refunds

  • Trial. Pro starts with a 30-day free trial. A card is required; $0 is charged today. Billing starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
  • Month-to-month. No contract, no minimum term. Cancel anytime from your account — access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Founding price guarantee. Where a rate is marked as held (e.g. 24 months), that is a ceiling on price increases — not a commitment period on your part.
  • Refunds. Billing errors are refunded in full, always. Otherwise charges are non-refundable, but if something went wrong, email hello@regflow.us — we would rather refund a month than keep an unhappy customer's money.

§ 05 Warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses from acting or not acting on an alert.

§ 06 Termination & changes

You can delete your account anytime by emailing hello@regflow.us. We may suspend accounts that violate § 03. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of our principal place of business; disputes go to the courts there.
