Sources & roadmap

What's covered today. What's coming next. No hand-waving.

Every regulatory data source we monitor — current and queued. We publish this so you can see whether your jurisdiction and industry are on the map before you commit to a subscription.

§ 01 Live now

Federal Register

LIVE

Scope: Every Rule, Proposed Rule, Notice, and Presidential Document published daily by the U.S. federal government.

Why it matters: The authoritative publisher for all federal agency rulemaking. ~200 documents per business day.

§ 02 Queued — Q3 2026

FDA 510(k) Database

Q3 2026

Scope: Premarket notifications for medical devices, including clearance decisions, predicate references, and product codes.

Why it matters: Direct competitor intelligence for device manufacturers. Watch substitutable predicates and emerging device categories.

SEC EDGAR (8-K material events)

Q3 2026

Scope: 8-K filings with material events relevant to compliance, governance, or litigation.

Why it matters: Compliance officers at public companies need real-time signal on peer 8-Ks (e.g. cybersecurity disclosure, internal-controls failures).

§ 03 Queued — Q4 2026

OFAC SDN List Updates

Q4 2026

Scope: Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctions-list additions, removals, and amendments.

Why it matters: Daily sanctions-screening changes. Currently surfaced via the Federal Register feed; a dedicated structured feed is on roadmap.

State cannabis regulatory boards

Q4 2026

Scope: 50-state cannabis-program rulemaking, license actions, and enforcement notices.

Why it matters: Fragmented, fast-changing, no central API. Cannabis operators must track per-state to maintain license.

State medical / nursing / dental boards

Q4 2026

Scope: State licensing-board disciplinary actions, license suspensions, and rule changes.

Why it matters: Healthcare hiring diligence, M&A diligence on practices, ongoing compliance.

§ 04 Planned — 2027

EU Official Journal

PLANNED 2027

Scope: EU regulations, directives, and implementing acts published in the L and C series.

Why it matters: For multi-jurisdictional compliance teams already using regflow for U.S. coverage.

UK Legislation.gov.uk

PLANNED 2027

Scope: New UK primary and secondary legislation.

Why it matters: Same multi-jurisdictional play. UK has a clean API; lower effort than EU.
