§ 01 Summary

The International Trade Commission is starting five-year sunset reviews of the countervailing duty order on walk-behind lawn mowers from China and antidumping duty orders on walk-behind lawn mowers from China and Vietnam. The review will determine whether revoking those orders would likely lead to continued or recurring material injury to the U.S. industry.

§ 02 Why this matters

The notice creates a procedural deadline for interested parties to submit information in the five-year reviews. It does not immediately change antidumping or countervailing duty rates or revoke the existing orders.
