Fluid End Blocks From China, Germany, India, and Italy; Scheduling of Full Five-Year Reviews

M3 Federal Register · 2026-10933 International Trade Commission
ACTION REQUIRED

Monitor the ITC review schedule and participate if affected by fluid end block duties.

§ 01 Summary

The ITC schedules full five-year sunset reviews of existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on fluid end blocks from China, Germany, India, and Italy. The reviews will determine whether revoking those orders would likely lead to continued or recurring material injury, and the ITC is extending the review period by up to 90 days.

§ 02 Why this matters

The notice does not impose new duties, but it opens the procedural schedule for full sunset reviews that can determine whether existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders remain in place. Interested importers, foreign producers, and domestic parties may need to participate in the review process to protect their positions.

Abstract: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of full reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty orders on fluid end blocks from China and India, and the countervailing and antidumping duty orders on fluid end blocks from Germany and Italy, would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The Commission has determined to exercise its authority to extend the review period by up to 90 days.
