Current List of HHS-Certified Laboratories and Instrumented Initial Testing Facilities Which Meet Minimum Standards To Engage in Urine and Oral Fluid Drug Testing for Federal Agencies
HHS/SAMHSA publishes the current roster of laboratories and instrumented initial testing facilities certified to perform urine drug testing, and laboratories certified to perform oral fluid drug testing, for federal workplace drug testing programs. The notice updates which facilities meet the Mandatory Guidelines and may be used by federal agencies for covered testing.
