The International Trade Commission institutes five-year sunset reviews of the countervailing duty order on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Vietnam and antidumping duty orders on such tires from South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand. The notice requests interested-party responses so the ITC can decide whether revoking the orders would likely lead to continued or recurrent material injury.
