Notice of Receipt of Complaint; Solicitation of Comments Relating to the Public Interest
The International Trade Commission announces receipt of a Section 337 complaint concerning systems, devices, software, chemicals, compositions, and laboratory supplies used to study proteins, docketed as DN 3911. The notice solicits public-interest comments before the Commission decides whether to institute an investigation; it does not itself impose an import ban or adjudicate the complaint.
